Live in concert
A musical journey between Italy and Spain is the symbol of the beginning of our collaboration. A CD that marked our 2020 Australian tour, to great public acclaim.
The programme of this concert-CD includes music by Niccolò Paganini, Mauro Giuliani, Pablo de Sarasate and Vittorio Monti.
It begins with Paganini's Sonata in A major Op. 64 from the famous ‘Centone’ collection of Sonatas for violin and guitar. It continues with the Cantabile Op. 17 and the exquisite Sonata Concertata in A major.
We move on to Mauro Giuliani, great guitarist and friend of Paganini, with the Grand duo concertante Op.85, in four movements.
In conclusion Pablo de Sarasate, the great Spanish violin virtuoso: Zigeunerweisen (Arie Gitane) Op. 20.
A small extra programme: Vittorio Monti's famous Czárdás.
